Get to know Boulder Chamber Ambassador Percy Alzamora with JPMorgan Chase!

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A journalist - I had a desire to work for Univision. I completed a Bachelor's of Arts in journalism and worked as a journalist for five years.


What do you love most about being an Ambassador?
I love the energy the Boulder Chamber has to give back to the community and to see businesses succeed.


What is one thing many people don't know about you that you would like to share?
I worked for a Spanish radio station as an announcer and host when I was sixteen years old.


What is one service or product that your company offers that you want to tell the community about?
We offer great business checking accounts at different locations in Boulder, with great customer service. Chase is ideal for those who are looking for a variety of deposits, landing and investment options for their businesses.


Why did you join the Boulder Chamber?
The Boulder Chamber is by far the best and most community-oriented chamber in the United States.


What is your favorite Boulder Chamber story or experience?
Attending and being part of the golf tournament was a great experience for me and the community. The golf tournament was a success and I got to ride a golf cart for the first time. I had the opportunity to meet great and dedicated people who love working with the community.


How else do you like to stay engaged or advance equity in the local community?
I like to volunteer for different nonprofit organizations and community events.


What is one way you can help out another member?
By educating members about the needs communities have and how they can assist the community. And also offer insight on the different resources offered by the Boulder Chamber.
