General Membership Information

Q:How do I join the Boulder Chamber?
You can fill out an application to become a member and a membership representative will follow up with you shortly. If you have any questions about membership, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Member Login/Account Information

Q: What’s my user name and password?
If you can’t remember your user name and password, click the Login link at the top of the menu, then select “forgot your password?” and put in your email address. Your user name and password will be sent to your email.

Q: How can I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill online by logging in to your Member Information Center and selecting “Pay Bills Online” under the “Member Info” section. You can also mail a check or by phone by calling 303-442-1044 x1.

Q: How do I update my account?
A: You can make changes and manage your account by logging in to the Member Information Center. In the upper right under “Account Settings”, you can update your company’s information and your communication preferences.

Once logged on you may also:
• Manage your member information & add reps to your account
• Update your Chamber web page information
• Post Events, Hot Deals or Job Postings

Q: How do I add representatives to my account?
Login to your account and in the upper right, under “Account Settings” select “Company Information”. In the list at left, click “Employees”. Here you may add or deactivate employees. On each employee you can update their information and under “Preferences” choose whether they display on your online listing.

Events Information

Q: How do I register for events?
Go to the Events Calendar. From the calendar click on the event you want. When the event page loads click on the red “Register Online” button. If you are a member, enter your email to register at exclusive member pricing. On the second page after you’ve registered yourself you’ll be able to add “Additional Attendees”.

If your company is a member and the system isn’t recognizing your email as a member, it means that email needs to be added to your account. Have the primary rep for your account log in to add your email as an employee, or contact the Chamber to add your email for you.

Q: When does an event occur?
All of our events are posted on our public Events Calendar.

Q: How do I sponsor or host a Boulder Chamber or Bolder Young Professionals group event?

Q: Can my event be listed on the Chamber Events Calendar?
Yes, if you are a current member of the Boulder Chamber, you can log in to your Member Information Center and add your event by clicking the “Events” button in the middle of the page and then clicking “Add event”. To become a member click here.
