- The Women Who Light the Community Awards span three decades, and the Boulder Chamber will honor recipients at its 28th annual celebration on September 6.Â
- WWLTC annually honors women who have made significant contributions through innovations and a committed effort to address a meaningful business or non-profit, arts or community need, locally, regionally, nationally, or globally. Â
- The recent addition of the Emerging Youth Award is presented to one honoree in grades 8th – 12th in Boulder County who has a significant leadership role and demonstrated excellence with an organization; or who has made a significant contribution or committed effort to address a meaningful business, organization, or community need on the local, regional, national, or global level.Â
- The Emerging Youth Award recipient receives a $1,500 scholarship. Â
